Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are essential; our bodies cannot synthesize them on their own. Therefore, it is important to ensure a sufficient intake of omega-3 from food. The most valuable omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA/DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA/EPA).
Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are obtained from fish oil, which in addition to omega-3 contains other PUFAs, vitamins, various substances. Taking directly fish oil is complicated by the fact that it is problematic to control the ratio of EPA and DHA, it is difficult to calculate how much it should be consumed to prevent or fill the deficiency of omega-3.
“NASH Omega-3” is not fish oil in capsules, but purified and combined in the most physiologic ratio docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids. The raw materials used for the production of “NASH Omega-3” undergo a high system of fish oil purification, so the final product is obtained with a low degree of oxidation and high content of DHA and EPA.
In “NASH Omega-3” capsules docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids are in the most physiologic ratio of 3:1. Each NASH Omega-3 capsule contains 600 EPA and 240 DHA. The capsules contain no other additional ingredients to cheapen the composition.
VILAVI uses wild small fish from the northern seas as raw material for the production of omega 3 capsules. It contains more PUFA polyunsaturated fatty acids and is more environmentally friendly.
