We deliver our goods to other countries of the world from the Russian warehouse (Novosibirsk) by DHL and UPS. To place an order, please select the country and give an exact delivery address.
Attention! When importing goods to other countries, you may have to pay additional customs duties and value-added taxes in accordance with the Customs regulation of these countries. Such fees are established and collected by the customs authorities of the destination countries. You can get the exact information directly at DHL, UPS office or from customs brokers of your country.
DELIVERY COST by courier depends on the distance of your locality and the parcel's weight.
DELIVERY TIME is calculated individually for each order depending on the distance of your locality.
When you place an order in your VILAVI personal account, the estimated delivery date will be indicated; it already includes the order payment date, its batching, transfer to the transport company, holidays and weekends.
Orders placed on Saturday after 11.00 am (NSK) and on Sunday will be processed and sent on Monday.
The time specified in ordering is estimated and may differ from the actual one.
You can track your order by the invoice number, which is displayed in your personal account in the order, as soon as the parcel is delivered to the transportation company. You can also track on DHL and UPS website in your country.
ATTENTION! When you receive your order, please check the contents of the box before the courier! Only after you have checked, you can sign the receipt documents. The contents must be checked for the packaging integrity of the products and for the presence of all the items indicated in the order.
If the package is damaged (no seal, leakage of products, jammed and damaged packaging boxes), you need to execute a certificate confirming the fact (it is executed before the courier) and to make a photo of the order. You need to send the photo and order number to our email email@example.com to resolve the issue of rapid replacement of damaged products.
The company is not responsible for non-compliance of orders that have not been checked upon receipt!
Please note that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during delivery (address, recipient's full name, mobile phone number).
To make a re-delivery, please contact the Company via the dialog box in your personal account or by sending a request to the email. When you make a re-delivery, your account will be charged for transport costs: returning the order to the Seller's warehouse and re-delivery to its destination.
