Order shipping by Russian Post

There are 2 types of shipping by Russian Post available

  1. Courier delivery. Choose delivery to the address in the Personal Account when placing an order. Fill in all necessary boxes, receiver’s full name, exact address and phone number. When the package arrives to your city, courier will contact you and deliver the order to the specified address.
  2. Delivery to the closest office of Russian Post. To find out the nearest to your address post office, check the post code on Russian Post’s website https://www.pochta.ru/offices in Offices section. You need to type the address of your residence or work and the website will show you the post office that this address is referred to. That will be the address your package will arrive to

IMPORTANT: If your package has already arrived to Russian Post office, but you would like to have the package delivered to your home, you can place a delivery order in Russian Post’s app https://www.pochta.ru/support/web-mobile-services/mobile-application and pay to the courier for the delivery upon receipt of the package.
